Thank you for purchasing official products of the National Field Archery Association & the NFAA Foundation!

RETURN POLICY

We accept items for return up to 21 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Please contact us at orders@nfaausa.com with order details to process your return. For returns past 21 calendar days, please contact us for exchange options.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.  If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.

If you are requesting a refund, you will be notified within five (5) business days that a refund was processed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds will post to your account in 5-10 day.  All refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To report an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@nfaausa.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will provide a return-shipping label and will send a replacement item once the original item is received.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and a full refund will be issued. If the order is already shipped, the order must be processed as a return.

PRICING

The NFAA reserves the right to change pricing without notice, based on availability and supply. All prices shown are in U.S. dollars.

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.
